6. My school or Sports Divison have a noise ordinance policy, can Fan Hands® pass?
Fan Hands® enhances your clap. They should pass any noise ordinance rules. Fan Hands® are not obnoxiously loud like cow bells, whistles or blow horns/air horns. They will not disturb your neighbors. They do not get in your way or anyone else’s view of your events!
